FREE INFORMATION BROCHURES FOR BUNNY BUSINESSES & INDIVIDUALS The information has been developed in the interest of rabbits, to ensure that all new rabbit owners are given the correct information about how to care for their pet. The information was developed in consultation with Dr Narelle Walter from the Melbourne Rabbit Clinic, who specialises in rabbit veterinary care. Pet Shops The information is provided to assist pet suppliers to meet the legal requirements of providing information to customers who purchase rabbits. Vets & Shelters Bunny care professionals can use the information to pass onto their clients who own pet rabbits. Bunny owners Bunny owners may print out the information and put it on their fridge for reference. |

The Business of Bunnies Rabbit Education for businesses, employees and bunny owners A legal requirement for businesses that sell rabbits is to educate new staff about bunny care, and to provide information to new rabbit owners. Rabbit Run conducts both individual and small group information sessions about rabbit care and all employees and rabbit owners are encouraged to attend. The information session includes general information about rabbit care and practical demonstrations to assist rabbit owners to understand the needs of their pet and to allow staff to confidently meet the legal requirements in informing new owners about the care of their pet. Saff will also learn about other pet store products that can be sold to bunny owners. The information session includes a range of topics such as:
